We are really lucky to have the opportunity to rent our boats for you in the beautiful Souda Bay. This bay fascinates with its landscape diversity and wonderful beaches. Clear water, wild beaches, caves and a wonderful seabed. Everyone will find places worth visiting here.
Of course, we should not forget that wishes can sometimes collide with the elements of nature. Each day's routes may vary depending on the wind. Depending on the wind, we always recommend the best route and places. We would like to point out that safety is the most important thing for us, so if, in our opinion, the weather conditions are not suitable for boating, we do not make reservations for those days. There are days when the wind decides to play tricks and the promised forecast changes. In such cases, we transfer the reservations to other, possible day, and if there is no possibility to do that - we return the deposit to you.
For simplicity, we present the limits of our map: on the way to Georgioupolis, the last beach we allow to visit is Ompros Gialos (Octapus Bay). One of the cleanest beaches in Crete. If you choose to travel to the Marathi side (Akrotiri), the last border of the map is Seitan Limania Beach. You can also get here on foot - going down a stony mountain path. Which way is more convenient? For us - of course by boat. :) When traveling to the Souda side, the permitted limit ends at the military base. You can also see up close the island of Souda, which amazes with its white clay landscape. Please note that half of this island belongs to a NATO base, so please follow the map we provide and keep the appropriate distance.
Well, what about without Mediterranean fauna? We ask that you always be careful in the few places where sea turtles, otherwise known as Kareta Kareta, are located. You may get a chance to see them up close when they come up for air. If such an opportunity arises - be careful not to injure them and not to collide with them to avoid possible damage to the boat. Last year, several of our guests had the rare opportunity to see dolphins living in Souda Bay. Who knows, you might be one of the lucky ones. Another impressive species of Mediterranean fauna is the flying fish. In this area, they appear in autumn. Spectacular azure colored fish hovering over the water and accompanying you as you cut through the waves in a boat. Isn't it wonderful?
